Why are there no products available for purchase on this website?
Visit the "Books" tab of the website; there you'll find direct links to purchase copies of the book. Both hardcover and paperback copies, as well as the eBook will be listed there.
Why are the prices different between stores?
Unfortunately, I have no control over how individual online retail stores set their prices. You will need to shop around for the best deals.
